- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Sherman has been fantastic treating my Trigeminal neuralgia and I'm grateful for him. But the office is TERRIBLE. This past Friday they didn't get back to my insurance company all day so I have to suffer without my pain medicine all weekend until Monday. Also, they have no freaking answering machine so you have to sit on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Can't even leave a damn voicemail. Someone need to hire new office staff, the doctors are fine.April 02, 2017by Stardust
